"Appraiser" Sazsel Stickyfingers is a goblin vendor found in the Horde Garrison of Frostwall. She sells various crafting materials for Primal Spirits. When the Garrison is in its final tier, she is seen standing at the entrance of the Tower Of War.

She later appears in Valdrakken, working with Fangli Hoot and the adventurer on appraising Preservationist Kathos's [Maruuk Burial Banner].^[1]

Abilities[]

Backstab — Inflicts 150% damage to an enemy, but only if attacking from behind.
Deadly Throw — Throws a dagger at an enemy target, dealing 147% weapon damage. It also interrupts spellcasting and prevents any spell in that school from being cast for 3 sec.
Hemorrhage — Deals weapon damage and increases the Physical damage taken by an enemy by 20% for 10 sec.
Shadowstep — Attempts to step through the shadows and reappear behind your enemy.
