"Shaky" Phillipe is a human quest giver located in Booty Bay in the Cape of Stranglethorn.

"Shaky" certainly seems to deserve his name since he is a very frightened individual. During the Bloodsail Buccaneer attack on Booty Bay at the culmination of the questline, 'Shaky' will often shout that he is very scared or that everyone should start panicking.

He needs to be scared into paying back his gambling debts to "Sea Wolf" MacKinley. This is done by showing him chunks of gorilla meat and fooling him into thinking it is the remains of somebody "Sea Wolf" had killed for not paying their debt to him.
