- NEW Frame:SetToplevel(toplevel)
- NEW toplevel = Frame:IsToplevel()
- UPDATED Setting the font or normal/disabled/highlight font objects on dynamically created buttons will create the fontstrings necessary to display text.
- FIXED Cursor-anchored tooltip location correctly compensates for a relocated UIParent.
