7th Legion Base Camp is a dwarven base of operations in Silverpine Forest, headed by General Marstone. Dwarven Infantry patrol the area.
Lord Godfrey will have Horde heroes come here to assassinate Marstone in the quest 
[5-30] Sowing Discord in order to slow the advance of the Alliance forces in the resultant confusion. Meanwhile Lord Walden wants some recon data in [5-30] 7th Legion Battle Plans. Heroes wandering into the area should be advised that the mobs are elites due to the presence of three friendly NPCs during the associated quests.

The mountains can be seen on the right side, underneath the text box.
- The area is specified in Lord of His Pack to contain mountains. They can be briefly seen in Curse of the Worgen, confirming the location of these mountains. These mountains still exist in the original version of Silverpine Forest, which can be found in Classic. Though not depicted in the main map, the mountains are depicted in modern form as they can be seen in the Battle for Gilneas; namely near the
[Double Rainbow], which would roughly be on the other side of the Greymane Wall given its positioning in the battleground. - After the quest
[5-30] Cities in Dust is completed, this area will be empty of Alliance troops.
