Go to the location Tae'thelan marked on your map and survey the area until you find the artifact.

I've marked the location of the artifact on your map. It's in a rather hostile location, so I'd like you to go there and find it.

When you've recovered it, bring it back to me so I can discern its power.

Perhaps we can use this artifact to turn the tide of this war in our favor.

Take the flight path from Illidari Stand to Challiane's Terrace, then follow the road leading south to the Timeworn Strand. Use [Survey] while in the area until you have looted the artifact.
