Click on any of the food on the table. If you refuse, she will scold you again and the quest will not advance.

The Countess says: Do you dare ignore my hospitality?

Upon eating: The Countess says: You have no need to steal anything. In fact, I am prepared to give you my medallion.; The Countess says: You see, the medallion is powerful, yes, but it is not my sole source of influence.; The Countess says: The role I play in this society is a crucial one. All I ask is that you take the time to learn a bit about what I do, and the medallion will be yours. It really is quite that simple.
