A Message from Icecrown unlocks the new phase of Icecrown during Death Rising, granting access to the rare mobs. To get to this point, players must have completed all previous quests in the chain, starting with H [50] An Urgent Request.

Report to Justicar Mariel Trueheart at the Argent Tournament Grounds in Icecrown.

Description[]

Our forces in Northrend have sent word. Justicar Trueheart requests our immediate assistance.

We must respond to this summons at once, no matter what terrors await us in Icecrown.

A <class> like you would do much to bolster our chances on the battlefield.

You have my word that Orgrimmar will be protected in your absence.

Get to Icecrown in Northrend by any means. The zone is in a new phase. See the Icecrown section of Death Rising for more details about the new Chilling Winds mechanic and the bosses that spawn every twenty minutes.
