A Murder of Crows is a hunter talent available at level 60 for Survival,Beast Mastery and Marksmanship.

While very similar, this ability is technically not a damage over time (DoT) effect.^[1] This can affect certain game mechanics.

Hotfix (2016-08-26): Murder of Crows (Marksmanship) now deals damage equal to 162% of Attack Power (was 135%).
Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Changed from a level 75 talent.
Patch 6.2.0 (2015-06-23): Now deals only 75% of normal damage against player-controlled targets.
Hotfix (2014-11-03): Damage from A Murder of Crows can no longer be dodged.
Hotfix (2014-10-17): Damage increased by 80%.
Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14):
- Duration, cost, and cooldown have been reduced by 50%.
- It no longer has a shorter cooldown when used on low health targets. Instead, its cooldown is reset if the target dies.
Patch 5.4.0 (2013-09-10): Now deals 40% more damage.
Hotfix (2012-10-16): Murder of Crows will now properly break Freezing Trap once damage is dealt.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Added.
