A Pandaren Legend awards the  [Timeless Essence of the Black Dragonflight], which will upgrade any epic  [90] Cloak of Virtue into its legendary equivalent (A "Shroud of the Celestials") with the same stats but a new, powerful proc.

In order to be eligible for this quest, players must have completed all of Wrathion's quests over the course of the expansion up to this point, including  [90] Breath of the Black Prince (Patch 5.0),  [90] Call of the Packmaster /  [90] The Soul of the Horde (Patch 5.1),  [90] The Crown of Heaven (Patch 5.2),  [90] Cloak of Virtue (Patch 5.3), and the Patch 5.4 portions of Wrathion's quest:  [90] Secrets of the Timeless Isle and  [90] The Emperor's Way.

I have learned so much in this timeless place, friend. Between the wisdom of the celestials and the curious power of these timeless artifacts, I know now how to safely augment your cloak with my own considerable power.

I need a sacred place to complete my final incantations. Quickly! Meet me in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, within the Seat of Knowledge above the Mogu'shan Palace.

Today, your legend begins!

Get to the Seat of Knowledge above Mogu'shan Palace.

On approaching Wrathion and Lorewalker Cho:

Wrathion says: Here! My champion arrives!

Lorewalker Cho says: Ah, of course! My old friend from the Jade Forest!

Speak with Wrathion:

I have been apprising the lorewalker of your deeds, champion. Are you ready to hear your tale?

Lorewalker Cho says: Wait wait wait - let me make sure I get the story right.

Lorewalker Cho says: Pandaren will tell this tale for generations!

Wrathion says: It starts with a hero.

Lorewalker Cho says: An outsider, from beyond the mists!

Wrathion says: Conquering a strange new land!

Lorewalker Cho says: Must we use the word, "Conquer?"

Wrathion says: Venturing into forgotten vaults...

Lorewalker Cho says: Mantid and mogu alike were brought low by the hero's fury.

Wrathion says: Their power and wisdom seized for a greater glory!

Lorewalker Cho says: When war came to Pandaria's shores, our hero was ready.

Wrathion says: A faction standard-bearer, beloved by the people and feared by their foes.

Lorewalker Cho says: Even the mighty Thunder King fell before our champion's might.

Wrathion says: One by one the secrets of an ancient empire were laid bare.

Lorewalker Cho says: Yes, knowledge uncovered for the benefit of the world.

On complete:

An explosion, and the entire room shakes.

Lorewalker Cho yells: A Pandaren legend is born! Sing praises to our new hero, <name>!

Outside of the Seat of Knowledge, the champion's visage has appeared in front of the shrine.

Don't go away just yet, as Wrathion has one last quest.
