The Thunder-Laced Egg burns your hand as you hold it. You recall that Yalia Sagewhisper of the Shado-Pan discussing the history of the Thundering Cloud Serpents, perhaps she will know what to do with it.

Upon the first defeat of Nalak, the Storm Lord, he will drop this item, much like killing the Sha of Anger rewarded the 
[Claw of Anger]. Head to the Bleak Hollow on the Isle of Thunder (immediately west of the Emperor's Gate, north of the Diremoor) to find Yalia Sagewhisper in the cave with the rest of the Shado-Pan.
