The nights are cold in this area, and I am worried my poor dog will freeze to death. I wish to sew him a sweater, but I have no materials to make one with.
I would pay anyone who brings me a pair of porcupine quills and four raccoon tails.

Pick up all of [10-60] Pardon Our Rust, [10-60] A Grizzly End, [10-60] A Hunt for Hawk Eggs, [10-60] A Sweater for Rupert and [10-60G3] WANTED: Ol' Frostclaw before heading out.
Then go nuts! There are Monstrous Grizzlies to be skinned (make sure to actually use the 
[Simple Skinning Knife]!), Guarded Quillrats to be looted for their quills, Sprung Beartraps to be armed, Mountain Raccoons to be killed for their tails, Hawk Nests to steal eggs from (and Tiragarde Skyhunters to aggro if they're close), and an old elite bear to be taken out.
