Description[]
We weren't the only ship in our convoy to get caught up in this mess. Our flagship ran aground to the east. It was holding a very precious cargo and I need you to bring it back here.

Pick up [10-60] Captured and Enraptured before heading out. Also, there's a bonus objective in the area, [10-59B] Shipwreck Recovery Crew.
Additionally, immediately to the west of the quest giver is a treasure chest and Squirgle of the Depths, a rare deep sea murloc. Also, just west is Earless Joe, who offers [10-60] Can't Hear A Thing.
Penny is found at the southeastern side of the quest area, guarded by other 
[10-45] Shipwrecked Sailors.
