Abused Souls are souls located at the Halls of Atonement in Revendreth. They can be found having their anima drained by Depraved Soulflayers and Fata the Soulflayer. Their original forms span a range of races, and when attacked, they will transform into Unresolved Sinstones. These include:
- Arakkoa (Cruel Mystic)
- Humans (Fanatic Crusader)
- Orcs (Arrogant Blademaster)
- Tauren (Traitorous Thug)
- Nightborne (Vain Courtier)
- Saberon (Ruthless Brigand)
- Hozen (Covetous Pirate-King)
- Tuskarr (Greedy Trader)
- Ogre (Tod)
