Acherus Necromancers can be found on the second floor of Acherus: The Ebon Hold, raising Death Knight Initiates for Instructor Razuvious.

In phase two after completing [55] Victory At Death's Breach!, they can also be found on the beach at Light's Point raising Scarlet Ghouls from the fallen Scarlet Fleet Defenders.

In phase four, the battle for Light's Hope Chapel, after completing [55] An End To All Things..., they can be found with Noth the Plaguebringer near the Plague Cauldron in The Noxious Glade.
