Adored was a debuff given during the Love is in the Air event. You get this debuff the first time you give a 
[Love Token] to any NPC in any of the original capital cities (excluding Exodar and Silvermoon) without already having this debuff. This debuff also keeps you from gaining a Gift of Adoration or Pledge of Adoration for as long as the debuff lasts (an hour).
