Adventurer's Shoulders is an uncommon world drop item; it can be dropped by mobs in old world zones such as Molten Core and Blackwing Lair. It can also be found inside  [Eternium Lockbox].

It has a slightly increased chance to drop from Nefarian in Blackwing Lair.
