Advisor Duskingdawn is a blood elf advisor located at Tarren Mill in the Hillsbrad Foothills.
While in Hillsbrad she wanted to pet a little deer but it was killed by animals so she started working on a solution to save fawns. She created a special wand. This attempt wasn't successful though as it contained fel energy.[1]
She came to the center of the town to see the arrival of Orkus and Kasha.[2]
