Aerya is an employee of Blizzard Entertainment. Her role is primarily as day-to-day Social Media communications for World of Warcraft, but may occasionally post in the WoW forums.[1]
Her forum title is Community Manager instead of Social Media Manager in order to avoid confusion.[2]
