Description

It seems Aetha has been levitating the livestock and dropping them into the river again. The mayor has requested that we remind her that these kinds of jokes are not welcomed.

Would you be so generous as to travel to the ridge above the village and teach her this lesson? You cannot kill her, you can only send her away for a time, but this should prove a potent reminder.

Progress

If Aetha is killed, she will return with time, as the other spirits of the vale do. We need find no guilt in defeating her.

The spirits may be childlike, but they possess generous amounts of strength for their size. Your victory is no small thing, and is very appreciated.

Notes

Che buffs adventurers with Stone of the Water Strider: "Allows walking over water."

Fly due south of the village up the waterfall. Aetha can be found at the far end of the pool up on the ridge. A level 91 elite elemental spirit, Aetha has 1,630,000 health and the following abilities:

• Tornado 50 yd range — Summons a Tornado at the enemy's location. 3 sec cast. (5 sec cooldown)
• Windsong — Renders the caster immune to roots and snars and increases attack speed by 25% and movement speed by 25%. 1 sec cast. 10 sec self-buff. (3 sec cooldown)

The only real tactic is to get out of the tornado before it coalesces. She hits for ~13,000-16,000 on cloth. Kite if at all possible—don't forget about the water-walking buff.
