Elder Eru said that we could find the most complex examples of the First Ones' language out here.

We'll need to fight our way to the vaults, and then infuse the helm once we find those phrases.

On a personal note, I never thought I'd have the chance to fight alongside my father. Though with the stakes this high, it somehow feels like exactly the place I'm supposed to be.

We've done it. The broken half of the helm is infused with the most advanced pieces of the First Ones' power that we could readily find.

Notes

On accept, Bolvar and Taelia start following the player, who gets access to the Domination ability again.

 Domination — Debilitate powerful Maw-touched creatures in the Endless Sands. 25 yd range. Channeled.

Taelia Fordragon says: Remember, you can use the helm shard against the Mawsworn if you need the extra strength.

The Inscrutable Phrases are contained in vaults around the area. The closest one is on the southern edge of the area behind a door.^{[59.71, 32.31]} On approach:

Taelia Fordragon says: Here's one. This phrase really doesn't make any sense, does it? Just looking at it makes my head spin.

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: That feeling in your mind is the quality that makes Domination less effective.

In the north, another vault is behind a Blocked Door covered by boulders.^{[62.89, 22.24]}

Taelia Fordragon says: The way is blocked. We'll have to break our way through.

Interact with it to destroy it with the Fordragons' help. However, this also spawns an Agitated Geomental.

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: Look out!

After killing it, the boulders disappear and allow access to the vault. On approaching the Inscrutable Phrase:

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: Who taught you how to wield a hammer?

Taelia Fordragon says: Sir Crestfall, of Kul Tiras. He was always there for me, growing up. Someone I could look up to, in the flesh.

The third phrase is in a vault to the east being attacked by a Mawsworn Inquisitor.^{[66.11, 25.83]} On approaching the phrase:

Taelia Fordragon says: When you were there, alone in Icecrown, did you ever think of Mother and me?

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: Every day.

After completing the objectives of both Aggressive Excavation and  [60] Oppress and Destroy, return to the Deserted Overlook, where Bolvar and Taelia leave the player's side to take up their old positions next to Darion. Upon turning in both:

Highlord Darion Mograine says: The Primus sent word. We are to meet in Bastion for a memory ritual.

Highlord Bolvar Fordragon says: So be it. Let us see what horrors we will have to relive.
