Ahn'kahar Guardians spawn from eggs during the boss encounter with Elder Nadox in the Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom instance. While the guardian is within range of the boss, Elder Nadox becomes immune to all attacks.

- Sprint — Ahn'kahar Guardians sprint, increasing their movement speed by 200% for 15 sec.
