Akkalar is a level 90 elite makrura found on a beach south of Amberfly Bog in the Jade Forest.
Abilities[]
Earth Shield — Protects the target with an earthen shield, causing melee attacks to heal the shielded target. This effect can only occur once every few seconds. 10 charges. Lasts 10 min.- Power Word: Shield — Wraps an ally in a shield that lasts up to 30 sec., absorbing fixed amount of Physical or magical damage. While the shield holds, spells will not be interrupted by Physical attacks.
- Shell Shield — The turtle partially withdraws into its shell, reducing damage taken by 25% for 5 sec.
- Water Shield — Casts a bolt of water at the target, dealing Frost damage and increasing spell casting time by 20%.
- Water Shield — The caster is surrounded by 3 globes of water. Attacks and spells used against the caster deal Frost damage and slow the attacker's spell casts. 3 charges, lasts 10 min.
