Alaina's Bonnet can be acquired during the Alliance perspective of 
[10-45] The Battle for Broken Shore.
In Stage 6: Raze the Black City, search for an altar at [42, 42] guarded by four eredar. On it is a pile of Ashes of a Fallen Crusader. A 
[Charred Locket] can be found inside the pile. Complete the scenario as normal and turn in the quest, then head to [85, 67] at the Eastvale Logging Camp in Elwynn Forest. Speak with Alaina Hearthsong and give her the locket, then briefly leave the house and return. On the second floor, the bonnet can be looted.
Note that the bonnet can only be acquired by Alliance characters, but once the appearance has been learned, characters of both factions may transmogrify to it.
