Algan are a type of elemental, covered in algae and kelp. They seem to be made of rock, like earth elementals, but to live in the oceans like water elementals.
They reproduce through budding.[1]
Stones from an algan body enhance the growth of many plants. The Waveblade Ankoan and Unshackled use them for planting and maintaining herbs.[2]
