Algel the Haunter

Algel the Haunter is a wraith located in the Maw as a boss of a Tormentors of Torghast event.

Abilities[]

Haunting Chains — Sends out chains to pull players to Algel. Upon completion, Algel lets out a Haunting Shout: inflicting Shadow damage and fearing all nearby players.
Haunting Shout — Fears enemies within 12 yards of the caster for 4 sec. Inflicts 60 Shadow damage to enemies within 12 yards.
Mass Torment — Launches a volley of torment, inflicting shadow damage to up to 10 players.
Mass Torment — Inflicts Shadow damage to all enemies within 8 yards.
Pain Nova — Inflicts Shadow damage to all enemies within 8 yards.
Soul Rot — Inflicts 4 Shadow damage to an enemy every 2 sec for 10 sec.
