The Alliance Internment Act was the law passed by the Alliance of Lordaeron after the defeat of the Horde which seemed to call for all orcs to be taken to internment camps.[1] When news arrived that Grommash Hellscream and his clan had not yet arrived three days after Thrall's call for the orc clans to rally to him, he thought it was most likely that Grom had been captured somewhere in Lordaeron, and so Thrall went to rescue him.
