The Altar of the Abyss[74.71, 21.71] can be found in the Sepulcher of the Abyss[73.66, 23.30] in Stormsong Valley. Three translucent Abyssal Acolytes can be seen meditating in front of it. At this profane place, an 
[Abhorrent Essence of the Abyss] may be formed from twenty 
[Abyssal Fragment]s.
