The Altar of the Blood God.
The Altar of the Blood God is a temple located on a small island at the center of Zul'Gurub. It is accessed by turning left over the rope bridge which lies past Temple of Bethekk. This is where the Blood God, Hakkar the Soulflayer, and many his wind serpent children can be found.
