Amani Kidnappers are eagles summoned periodically during the encounter with Akil'zon in Zul'Aman.
Attacks and abilities[]
Plucked — Grabbed by an Eagle, slowly being strangled over time. Deals 4% damage every second. Lasts until the eagle dies.
Strategies[]
During the encounter with Akil'zon, an Amani Kidnapper will periodically seize a party member, casting Plucked. Ranged DPS and the plucked player should kill the Amani Kidnapper as quickly as possible to free the player.
Patch changes[]
- Hotfix (2011-04-29): Akil’zon will summon Amani Kidnappers less frequently, but their health has been increased.
- Hotfix (2011-04-26): The Plucked debuff applied during the Akil’zon encounter should no longer sometimes persist after he is killed.
