The Amber Hibernal.
The Amber Hibernal can be found underneath the Heart of Fear in western Dread Wastes. It's entrance is on the northwest side of the tree, most easily accessible from Rikkilea. Iyyokuk the Lucid and Mama Stormstout are inside.
