Amber Ledge Tower

Amber Ledge is a cliff side with a mage tower overlooking the Westrift. It is unknown who originally built the mage tower at the Amber Ledge, but the Kirin Tor made a little camp at its foot, which they used as a staging area when Malygos started the Nexus War against the magi. There's a ruined bridge that runs from the tower to Coldarra, but it was broken long ago. According to Muradin Bronzebeard, it may have been destroyed by Malygos himself, in order to keep the magi from prying into his plans.

Following the war against the Jailer, the brothers Bronzebeard reported that the red dragon Surristrasz, stationed at Amber Ledge during the Nexus War, was still there keeping the younger red dragons that work with the Kirin Tor in line.
