An Unforgettable Luncheon is found in the Discarded Lunchbox, found on top of a cabinet at [58.2, 63.7] in Brennadam Square. Additionally, Sanya Wraithschilde at Warfang Hold and "Nasty" Buck in Brennadam will sell them as well.
Using the lunchbox while at [41.2, 69.5] at the top of Widow's Peak above Briarback Kraul and Sprucewood in Stormsong Valley will earn the achievement 
[These Hills Sing].

[Steamed Clams], is a reference to the "Steamed Hams" skit in the 22 Short Films About Springfield episode of The Simpsons.
