An Urgent Request begins the Shadowlands pre-patch quest chain. It will be pushed to all level 48-and-above players when they log in.

Genn Greymane is found at Lion's Rest along with Shandris Feathermoon, Taelia Fordragon, High Inquisitor Whitemane and Master Mathias Shaw.

On accept:

Master Mathias Shaw says: Champion, you are needed in Stormwind on a matter of great urgency... and discretion. Come at once, and come alone.

Approach Genn, kneeling at Varian Wrynn's tomb at Lion's Rest:
