- Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed.
- Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Level reduced from 56 to 40.
- Patch 1.6.0 (2005-07-12): The Ancient Bone Bow has had its damage variance altered to be more in line with other crossbows and bows. While the minimum and maximum damage values of the item has changed, the average DPS value of the weapon has not changed.
