Ancient Mana Gems are looted from 
[Ancient Mana] nodes in Suramar: Ancient Mana Chunk and Ancient Mana Crystal (object). It is also once-only lootable (per character) from an object named Warp Cache, also in Suramar.
Notes[]
The nodes may only be looted by a level 110 character, but Ancient Mana Gem and 
[Ancient Mana Crystal] are usable by characters of any level.
