Ankhaten Harbor is a harbor built along the southwestern shore of Uldum. It was formerly known as Schnottz's Landing until the Wastewanders took control of it.

History[]

Previously operated by Commander Schnottz under the name of Schnottz's Landing, the harbor was the main base of operations for Schnottz's crew, who attempted to loot the relics from the ancient temples in the region. They invited the most illustrious figures of Azeroth to be present when they revealed the secrets of Uldum.

After various events which left the commander defeated and his forces scattered, the Wastewanders took over the camp, re-naming it and establishing it as a port under their control. Trade and supply caravans could be found moving out of the town, many of which were attacked and destroyed during the Assault in Uldum by the aqir. The resident Wastewanders who were not slain in the attack became infested by the insectoid servants of the Old Gods and were used as carriers for their egg swarms as well as guardians of the area.

After the foundation of the Uldum Accord, an adventurer was sent to investigate the area during the assault, only to find the port completely taken over. Tracker Samara tasks the adventurer with clearing out some of the area, and can be found hidden in one of the camps just on the outskirts of the port.
