Anund's Seared Shackles are cloth bracers that belonged to Shadow Priest Anund.
Anund's Seared Shackles can drop from dungeon, raid, world bosses, rare elites on the Broken Isles and Argus, and Commanders at Invasion Points. The item is also found in world quest caches, PvP strongboxes, Mythic+ weekly caches, and 
[Blingtron 6000 Gift Package]. Lastly, it can also be discovered by using a Relinquished token purchased from Thaumaturge Vashreen.
Patch changes[]
- Hotfix (2017-01-17): Anund's Seared Shackles' stacks now clear on successful Void Bolt cast (was when Void Bolt deals damage).
- Patch 7.1.5 (2017-01-10): Each time
[Shadow Word: Pain] and 
[Vampiric Touch] deal damage, your next [Void Bolt] gains 4% (was 2%) increased damage, stacking up to 50 times. - Hotfix (2016-11-14): All Legion Legendary items have had their item level increased by 15. This change will be applied retroactively.
