Arcane energy surged through her as she drew deep from her own power.[1]

Arcane Power is a level 29 Arcane mage ability that increases spell damage by 30% and reduces mana cost by 30% for a short period of time.

This ability is one of the mage's best burst damage tools, and it is often combined with other burst damage abilities and items.

Casting Arcane Power is affected by the global cooldown.

  • In PvP combat, Arcane Power's spell damage buff is reduced to 20%.
  • Arcane Power is dispelled as a magic buff.

  • [Overpowered] increases both the damage and mana reduction effects to 60%.
  • [Time Anomaly] has a chance to grant Arcane Power for 8 seconds. This effect ignores and does not trigger the cooldown.

  • Due to Arcane Power formerly having a 3 minute cooldown, a mage with Arcane Power was often referred to as a Three-Minute Mage.
