Archaeo-Tinkologists are gnomes, dwarves, night elves, and humans who accompany Tinkmaster Overspark to the Forgotten Vault at the Abandoned Junkheap in Tiragarde Sound. All of the non-gnome tinkologists who entered the vault were deemed unworthy and killed by King Mechagon. The rest were attacked by Gazlowe's Greasemonkeys after being abandoned by Tinkmaster Overspark.[1]
Some Archaeo-Tinkologists can later be found in Rustbolt on Mechagon Island as well. One became a test subject of Pristy Quickcharge.
