Arikara's Needle.
Arikara's Needle [38, 35] is a small bluff that is part of the greater Darkcloud Pinnacle in Thousand Needles. It's here the Grimtotem tribe at Darkcloud Pinnacle honor their dead. This is also the location where Arikara can be summoned.
