Arkhaan is a Broken located in the Oronaar Collapse in Eredath. He tried to keep the other Broken in Eredath from falling to the Void, reminding them that salvation was out there among the stars. Ultimately he succumbed as well.

In the past he was among the eredar who gathered in Eredath when Kil'jaeden told them about Sargeras. He believed that change was coming and that it was a very important moment for their people.

•  Dark Bolt — Hurls a ball of void energy at the target, inflicting Shadow damage.
