An astrolabe is a device used in the study of astromancy. They come in both small and large versions.[1]
Notable astrolabes in World of Warcraft include the millennia-old Highborne Astrolabe now kept in Ironforge, and the large astrolabes on top of the arcane sanctums. Smaller astrolabes are often found in places of study and research.
