Astromancy, also known as astrology or astronomy, is divination and fortune-telling through the studying of stars.

Several astromancers mages can be found among the ranks of the blood elves in Netherstorm and the various wings of Tempest Keep:

Nightborne[]
The highborne of Suramar were studying the stars as early as twelve thousand years ago.[1] The nightborne kept on with their studies, and inside the Nighthold is an area called the Astromancer's Rise.
Humans[]
- One of Medivh's many areas of expertise was astronomy. He owned books with star maps of constellations of Draenor, the homeworld of the orcs.[2] Karazhan had an observatory called the Celestial Watch.
- Viktori Prism'Antras was interested into peering towards the stars.
- Greymane Manor has an observatory.[3]
- The Empyrean Society count human astrologers among its ranks.
- Astromancer Arwyn
Orcs[]
The orcs of the Shadowmoon clan were adepts astrologists.[4]
Draenei[]
The draenei had a celestial observatory built in Shadowmoon Valley, populated by Teluuna Astrologers.
Mogu[]
Shan'ze Celestial Shapers were situated in the Throne of Thunder.
Titans[]
A Celestial Planetarium was installed inside Ulduar.
