• Slay an elite enemy with 10 stacks of Vengeance while the Torment "Avenger" is active in Torghast, Tower of the Damned.

Avenge Me! is awarded to players in Torghast, Tower of the Damned while the Avenger torment is active:

 Avenger — Enemies grant nearby allies increased haste on death. Permanently increases haste and attack speed of all enemies within 15 yards.

Drag an elite around and kill enemies near that elite to get it to ten stacks of the Vengeance buff active, then defeat it.
