Aviana's Egg is a special egg that was recovered by the player from Sethria's Roost.[1]
Word of this egg first reached authorities with the interrogation of Marion Wormwing, who crowed that "Aviana is ... never coming back."[2] While searching Sethria's Roost, a Codex of Shadows was discovered, revealing the purpose to some mysterious devices nearby.[3] The egg was discovered (by the player) by disabling the cloaking devices, then returned to the Shrine of Aviana by the Druids of the Claw.
When the 
[Herald's Incense] is burned before the egg, Aviana herself magically appears from it.[4]
