Axefall is a Horde settlement in the Spires of Arak. The only major building in this outpost is decided by the commander, which is either the Smuggler's Den or the Hearthfire Tavern. Before a choice is made, the space is occupied by Axefall Worksite.

- Considering the presence of Taskmaster Gornek and Provisioner Galgar, it seems the orcish inhabitants of Axefall may originate from the Den in the Valley of Trials.
- During the early beta, it was named Bloodblade Redoubt.
- Bloodblade Foremen reference the initial name.
