The Azerite-Encrusted Timequartz is a quest reward from  [50] Storming the Battlefields. Only classes with a healer specialization can receive it. For characters who chose the  [Roiling Blood of the Vanquished] or  [Sphere of Suppressed Force] when completing Storming the Battlefields, this item can be purchased for 5  [Mark of Honor] from Marshal Gabriel in Boralus or Xander Silberman in Zuldazar.

Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 1 of the [Artifice of Time] Essence and leave behind a  [Shattered Timequartz].
