Baleful Cloak is a token that is used to create a rare back suitable for a character's active or selected loot specialization.

This item drops from mobs in Tanaan Jungle, though it is more likely to drop from rares and elites. It is also looted from Radiating Apexis Shard, Gleaming Draenic Chest, and Suspiciously Glowing Chest.

If you don't want to leave it to chance, the token is purchasable from Ravenspeaker Thelnaas for 5,000 [Apexis Crystal].
