He used to spawn at the end of the escort quest 
[24] Supplies to Auberdine received from Feero Ironhand at Maestra's Post in Ashenvale.
Abilities[]
Curse of Agony — Curses an enemy with agony, inflicting Shadow damage every 3 sec. over 30 sec.- Curse of Weakness — Reduces the Physical damage dealt by an enemy for 2 min. Only one curse per warlock can be active on any one target.
- Shadow Bolt — Hurls a bolt of dark magic at an enemy, inflicting Shadow damage.
- Summon Imp — Summons an Imp to accompany the caster until dismissed.
