Barnes is the spectral stage manager who announces the night's presentation during the Opera Event in Karazhan and its reprise. One of three boss presentations in both instances will appear, each based on famous stories or tales.
Barnes was apparently responsible for all the productions performed, and had financial backers supporting him.
